1 year or 2,500 kilometres from the mileage specified for the vehicle in the expertise report.
Vehicles that are over 20 years old at the time of the appraisal process or over 20 years old after the appraisal process will not be covered by the warranty.
Even if the vehicle subject to the contract has not completed 1 year or has not covered 2,500 kilometres, in order to benefit from the warranty conditions, it must not be involved in an accident within this period or mileage, and must not have a tramer file opened or concluded.
Likewise, dents, scratches, dimple repairs, ceramic coating, paint protection, paintless dent correction, local paint, retouching operations should not be performed after the expertise report, and operations, adjustment, disassembly and assembly operations should not be performed on screws, clips, snap rings, rivets, bolts fixing the body parts. The micron paint thickness values specified in the expertise report should not be different.
